Ms. Mercy Wafula, originally from Nairobi, Kenya, is a dedicated Special Needs Educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Special Needs Education. She is also certified in Child Protection and trained as a paramedic, bringing both expertise and compassion to her work.
With over four years of teaching experience, Ms. Wafula currently teaches in a Life Skills class, where she helps children with diverse learning needs build practical daily living skills, confidence, and independence. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that every child can achieve their full potential when given the right support and opportunities.
She is committed to fostering inclusive learning environments and works closely with parents, caregivers, and employers to ensure holistic growth. Her ultimate goal is to prepare learners for the future by equipping them with essential life skills for job readiness, resilience, self-reliance, and successful job placement.
